Barbecueën op balkons !

 

Met het heerlijke weer is ook de verleiding groot om op de balkons te gaan barbecueën.

Wij hebben inmiddels diverse klachten ontvangen inzake stank- en rookoverlast afkomstig van de barbecues.

 

Middels dit bericht willen wij u mededelen dat het barbecueën op het balkon niet is toegestaan en in strijd is met de

vigerende huurovereenkomst en/of koopakte en de bijbehorende algemene bepalingen.

 

Een en ander is tevens in strijd met veiligheidsvoorschriften van de Brandweer.

 

Wij verzoeken u dan ook vriendelijk, doch dringend, om niet op de balkons te barbecueën en zich te houden aan de

van toepassing zijnde regelgeving.

 

Erop vertrouwende u naar behoren te hebben geïnformeerd, gaan wij er vanuit dat hieraan gehoor wordt gegeven

en wensen wij u nog veel woonplezier toe.

 

 

 

 

Barbequing on the balconies !

 

With the great weather it is a great temptation to barbecue on the balconies.

We have received several complaints regarding the smell and smoke nuisance off the barbecues.

 

Through this message we would like to inform you that barbecuing on the balcony is not allowed and in violation of

the applicable rental- and/or purchase agreement and the associated terms and conditions.

 

All this is also contrary to safety issues from the Fire Department.

 

We ask you kindly, but firmly, not to use the barbecue on the balconies and adhere to all applicable regulations.

 

We trust that with this request we have informed you with sufficient information and we wish you a further pleasant habitation.
